We’ll waste no time doing what you came to Vienna to do, learn more about music and why Vienna was such a hub for intellectuals and music virtuosos throughout its history.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll walk through town to the Haus der Musik, the city’s amazing music museum. After spending the morning there, we’ll have lunch at Cafe Sacher, right across the street from the Staatoper, the Austrian state opera house, which we’ll tour later in the trip. After a delightful lunch and, of course, a taste of the famous Sachertorte and Vienna’s signature coffee, the mélange, we’ll continue to the Mozarthaus museum, now housed in one of the apartments Mozart lived in during his tenure in Vienna.

We’ll dine at Loca, a “casual fine dining” restaurant that offers a six-course meal of seasonal ingredients inspired by traditional VIennese cuisine.
