Day 3: Biking for Bottles

Let’s ride (e)bikes! On Sunday, we’ll have brunch at one of Dundee’s most-loved spots, Red Hills Market. With a charming selection of brunch dishes like frittatas and avocado toast, four versions of Eggs Benedict, and double mimosas served in Mason jars, it’s the perfect place to kick off another beautiful day.

We’ll head to another red building, Red Barn Rides, where we’ll rent e-bikes (or hybrids if you’re really feeling frisky) and take an open-air tour to four more wineries for tasting and relaxing. Routes vary from 10 miles to 20 miles, so we’ll see how we feel. The Woodland Loop takes you past Grand Moraine Winery, Solena Estate, Roots Wine Co., Lenn'e, Saffron Fields, and back to the barn.

In the afternoon, you’ll have some free time to do as you please. Head to one of the cute nearby towns to enjoy a little countryside culture, take a nap in your plush room before dinner, or simply enjoy the views from the hotel’s balcony. It’s up to you.

As our farewell dinner, we can all agree that there’s nothing better than pizza and wine, so we’ll head to nearby Osteria Rosmarino in the town of Newberg for their weekly Pizza & Gnocchi night. This award-winning restaurant is so much fun that diners around the Willamette Valley call it a local institution.
